Through a qualifications-based process, our team renovated the university’s existing auditorium into a multi-functioning academic space. Construction included converting the existing auditorium into a state-of-the-art teaching facility featuring two large lecture halls and several breakout classrooms.

The team worked around campus activities when completing the exterior improvements, which required extensive communication and collaboration regarding the university’s daily schedule and operations.

The building, occupied by medical students on a daily basis, housed the main lecture hall 20 feet from operational crews. The team was proud to complete the project with zero noise complaints and no delays to construction.
