The project sits on a three-acre site and includes offices, conference rooms, an asphalt parking lot and a green roof among other sustainable features.

Daylight permeates the space with an extensive amount of exterior glazing creating a connection with the exterior landscape.

The library pushes the boundaries on the term “library” providing a place for citizens to come experience some of the latest technology, schedule community meetings and utilize maker spaces while maintaining ample areas to cozy up with a good book.
