Corinth Square Building Renovation

McCownGordon worked with Generator Studios to replace the exterior facade of the Corinth Square shopping center. The project included demolition of the existing sign band and columns and construction of a new wood-wrapped building facade, complete with new columns and the construction of an outdoor patio.

The new facade is made of red iron, cedar-wrapped, and has cedar strip and composite panel sign bands. The team completed all of the work while the retail spaces remained open. Pedestrian safety was key, as there were people walking through the site at all times.
